Click Sign Up on the Careers homepage and select Candidate. Fill in your personal details, upload your CV, and complete your profile sections including skills, certifications, salary expectations, and job preferences. The more complete your profile, the better our AI matching will work for you.

Our AI analyses your skills, experience, certifications, salary expectations, location preferences, and career goals to match you with relevant job opportunities. The system continuously improves as you interact with the platform -- applying to jobs, saving listings, and updating your preferences all refine future matches. Employers also receive AI-suggested candidates based on their job requirements.

Browse the Jobs board or check your AI-matched recommendations on your dashboard. Click into any listing to see full details, then hit Apply Now. Your profile and CV are shared with the employer automatically. You can also add a cover note to personalise your application.

Yes. Click the bookmark icon on any job listing to save it. You can view all your saved jobs from the Saved Jobs section in your candidate dashboard. Saved jobs remain available until the listing expires or is removed by the employer.

Go to Settings from the navigation dropdown or your dashboard. You can update your personal information, upload a new CV, edit your skills and certifications, and adjust your salary expectations and job preferences at any time. Changes are reflected immediately in AI matching.

When you apply for a job, employers see your full profile including your name, experience, skills, certifications, and CV. In the Talent Marketplace, employers browsing candidates see an anonymised summary first -- your name and contact details are only revealed when an employer uses a candidate unlock. You can control visibility settings from your profile.

Salary benchmarks are generated from aggregated, anonymised data across the platform and published GCC market intelligence. They show you how your expectations compare to market rates for similar roles in your location. Benchmarks are available on job listings and in your dashboard, and are updated regularly as new data comes in.

Arabica (Free) gives you a full profile, AI matching, job applications, and basic salary benchmarks. Specialty (Paid) adds priority visibility to employers, advanced salary insights, profile analytics showing who has viewed your profile, and priority support. See full details on the Plans page.

If you know someone who would be a great fit for a role, click the Refer button on any job listing. Enter their name and email, and we will send them an invitation with details of the role. If your referral is hired, you may be eligible for a referral bonus where applicable.

You can request account deletion from Settings or by emailing support@authority.coffee. Your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that some anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for platform analytics.

From your employer dashboard, click Post a Job. Fill in the role details including title, description, requirements, salary range, and location. Once submitted, the listing goes live and our AI immediately begins matching it with suitable candidates. You can edit or pause listings at any time.

• Brew (Free) -- Post up to 2 active jobs, receive applications, and access basic candidate search.
• Roast -- More active job slots, candidate unlocks, featured listings, salary benchmarking tools, and priority support.
• Origin -- Unlimited jobs, full Talent Marketplace access, bulk candidate unlocks, API access, dedicated account support, and custom reporting.

The Talent Marketplace lets employers proactively search for candidates rather than waiting for applications. Browse anonymised candidate profiles filtered by role, skills, experience, location, and salary range. When you find a strong match, use a candidate unlock to reveal their full profile and contact details.

Candidate unlocks let you reveal the full identity and contact details of anonymised profiles in the Talent Marketplace. Each unlock is a one-time action per candidate -- once unlocked, you have permanent access to their profile. The number of unlocks included depends on your employer plan. Additional unlocks can be purchased individually.

Yes. Featured listings appear at the top of search results and on the Careers homepage, with a highlighted border for increased visibility. Featuring is available on Roast and Origin plans, or can be purchased as an add-on for Brew plan users. You can feature a listing when posting or from your job management dashboard.

All applications appear in your employer dashboard under each job listing. You can review candidate profiles, download CVs, add internal notes, and move candidates through stages (New, Reviewed, Shortlisted, Interviewing, Offered, Hired, or Rejected). Candidates are notified of status changes automatically.

Yes. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token-based authentication, and follow data protection best practices. Authority.Coffee complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Data Protection Law. Go to Settings from the navigation dropdown and scroll to the Security section. Enter your current password and your new password to update it. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to receive a reset email.

Email us at support@authority.coffee with your question or issue. Please include your account email and a description of what you need help with. We aim to respond within one business day. For urgent matters, mark your email as high priority.

The Authority Index is our proprietary scoring system that measures a candidate's overall professional strength. It factors in years of experience, certifications and qualifications, profile completeness, market demand for your skill set, and engagement with the platform. A higher Authority Index score increases your visibility to employers and improves your position in the Talent Marketplace.
